Publishers using JATS may send publication types with `date-type` == `version-of-record`

Nature (at least) may send us content where the canonical publication date is in a date tag with the attribute date-type="version-of-record". This needs to be captured in JATS parser, and downstream it needs to be used as the canonical date by adsmanparse.translator.

In some cases, the date tag with a date-type = "version-of-record" is embedded in another date (e.g. collection). The current parser converts the input tag into an ISO string date, so any embedded tags within are lost. You need to generate the string pubdate using a copy of the tagged date, not the original.
