TitleHistory export needs to include master.bibstem in place of masterid, and publisher.pub_abbrev in place of publisherid

TitleHistory is used to identify the publisher and date range covered for specific titles (i.e. bibstems). For the sake of simplifying the curation process, table exports to Google sheets should use the human-readable identifiers for both the bibstem and the publisher name (e.g. Institute of Physics) or publisher abbreviation (e.g. IOP).
