- Add a browse by year dropdown

Looks great to me; just a couple of follow up questions:
- Does this also include the September 2026 section I added last week? Can you make sure that get's merged?
- How do the rest of the 2026 sections look beyond the current month? Are they in a dropdown list or are they all open? If it's not too much trouble, it might be nice that the rest of the months of are in a dropdown format.
