In Python 3.11 @asyncio.coroutine decorator was removed and it should be replaced with async def call. Fixes: aio-libs#280

In Python 3.11 @asyncio.coroutine decorator was removed and it should
be replaced with async def call.
This PR needs #278 if it ever gets merged.
