Three handoff documents from the maintainer design discussion on generic N-ary logic support: the signed bounded-integer-interval value model with wire bundles (nary-01), the save-format and migration path (nary-02), and the tracker-action brief with decision log and open questions for the session that updates #322/#344/#361 and drafts the new capstone (nary-03).
