Follow-up to the workflow rename (#59077), reported by Luke: turbo.json still listed .github/workflows/test.yml in globalDependencies, so edits to check-test.yml no longer invalidated the turbo test cache. Updates that entry, its comment, and the .opencode/skills and Storybook docs that referenced test.yml.

The change looks good. turbo.json's globalDependencies now points at .github/workflows/check-test.yml, which exists, so edits to the workflow invalidate the turbo test cache again. After the change, nothing in the repo still mentions test.yml as a workflow, and no file outside .github mentions any of the other workflow names renamed in #59077. There was nothing to run, since only CI config and docs change.

Public API: unchanged.
