Closes #423.

Summary

  • SolidLogin takes skipLogin (default false, so existing apps are
unchanged). When CONTINUE is offered (required: false) and skipping is
on, start-up goes straight into the app as though CONTINUE were tapped.
A saved session is still restored first when "Stay signed in" is on.
  • The skip happens once per run, so the login page shown on logout, or to
log in from within the app, always appears.
  • The Settings dialogue gains a Login Page section ("Show the login page
on start-up"), shown only when the app offers CONTINUE. The user's choice
is a device preference, stored only when it differs from the app's
default; Default restores the app's choice.
  • The auth-handler auto-configure call moved to
    solid_login_auto_config.dart to keep solid_login.dart under 300 lines.

Testing

  • make prep clean; flutter test passes (107, including 11 new in
    test/solid_skip_login_test.dart).
  • Built innerpod (Linux) against this branch with skipLogin: true: it
starts straight into the app. Still to check by hand: the Settings toggle
restores the login page on next start, and logout / in-app login still
    show it.

SolidLogin takes skipLogin (default false). When CONTINUE is offered
and skipping is on, start-up goes straight into the app as though
CONTINUE were tapped, once per run, so logout and in-app login still
show the login page. The Settings dialogue gains a Login Page section
for the user to override the app's choice. Closes #423.

Tested all scenarios with InnerPod when required: false and true. All work as expected.
