Fixes #801.
docs/source/algorithms/soo/de.mdandexamples/algorithms/soo/nonconvex/de.py: removeddither="vector", whichDEignores (the results are unchanged).docs/source/algorithms/soo/de.md: one sentence on the polynomial mutationDEapplies to each trial with probabilityprob_mut(default 0.1), andprob_mut=0.0to turn it off.Tested:
pytest -m examples tests/test_examples.py -k "nonconvex and de.py"passes, and the page's code (viajupytext --to py) runs.
