Bump the official kernel package to the image produced after armada-os/armada-packages#37 merged.
This includes the AW99706 DT property lookup fix for the KONKR Pocket Fit Elite. Hardware validation confirmed CFG2 changed from 0x1e (the 20000 µA fallback) to 0x04 (the requested 7000 µA limit).
