Eror with getBankResponseMessage

On submission, I'm getting a blank screen with a failure message along the lines of "PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function getBankResponseMessage() on a non-object [...] gffd-gf-forms.php on line 268".

Not a PHP issue then. Not sure what's going on here, will have to do some investigating.
