Add SDK 3 upgrade summaries to the TypeScript, Python, and Java language pages, with direct links from the language-guide landing page and links to the released SDK migration guides. Preserve the existing 1.x-to-2.x guidance and anchors.

Use the current released package versions:

• TypeScript: Core 3.0.0, OTel 2.0.0, and Testing 1.3.2.
• Python: Core 3.0.0, OTel 2.0.0, Testing 1.4.0, and optional Telemetry Exporter 1.0.0.
• Java: SDK, OTel, Testing, and optional Telemetry Exporter 3.0.0. Installation examples use SDK 3.0.0 and Lambda Java Core 1.4.1.

The summaries cover coordinated dependency and Lambda layer updates, plugin factories and providers, and replay/concurrency validation. TypeScript includes the testing-package upgrade order, hook scheduling, and invocation/OTel behavior changes. Python includes standalone OTel setup, string subtypes, retained None batch results, and hook threading. Java includes provider rebuilding, configuration copies, factory exclusivity, and telemetry-exporter recompilation and record-format guidance.

Validation:

• Zensical 0.0.40 clean site build passed with no issues.
• Full-site Markdown formatting, spelling, and hidden-character checks passed.
• All 675 example files remain referenced, with no broken includes; vendored Mermaid and GLightbox integrity checks passed.
• Generated HTML package tables, Maven snippets, migration links, local links, and upgrade anchors checked successfully.
• Package versions and compatibility checked against GitHub releases, Maven Central, npm, and PyPI.
• git diff --check passed.
• Browser preview was unavailable because the browser URL policy blocks local-file URLs; generated HTML was checked directly.
