Motivation and Context

Bumping the S3 AccessGrants plugin to 2.5.0. The SDK bundle currently ships 2.4.1, which fails with NoClassDefFoundError on SDK 2.54.10 and later because it uses an internal S3 Control class removed in #7294. 2.5.0 fixes this, adds UploadPartCopy support, and reduces duplicate Access Grants calls.

Modifications

Bumped s3accessgrants.version in the root pom.xml from 2.4.1 to 2.5.0.

Testing

All the PR builds passes.
