dexhand_vendor

• Upstream: dexhand_sdk_cpp, pinned by commit in CMakeLists.txt.
• Installs libdexhand.so and libusbcanfd.so (ZLG CANFD driver) plus headers. libserial and libusb are taken from the system (rosdep install).
• Linux x86_64 only.
