ok it seems like we already have this scraper implemented cuz all this pr adds was more logging?
Sorry if that's the case, but in the future just know that some of the issues may be outdated because we're working so fast. so always double check?

lwk couldnt find an api for candidate statements so that is still html pdf scraping i believe but everything there is an api for i switched to api. :) btw pls give me commit access to this repo so i can stop making forks
