Update dependencies to latest versions and adjust the code accordingly

This PR updates dependencies to latest versions, and adjusts the code to compile correctly with the updated dependencies

• rasn
• rasn-ocsp
• rasn-pkix
• x509-parser

Additional note

I had to change the tests/ocsp_request.bin file for testing OCSP, since DER encoding function from rasn crate produced different results for the older version and the latest version.
