My project.json file contains the "cc" setting which should theoretically replace the default C compiler for that project according to the documentation. The default value for that should be "cc", which in my machine, does not redirect to MSVC but to GCC.
Even putting gibberish as a value gets completely ignored by the compiler and instead it uses MSVC with MSVC flags.
This happens with the command "c3c build".
