Fix mirroring - #55

Release events check out the tag with no local branches, so the mirror's prune would try to delete main on GitLab and the push would fail. Check out the default branch instead, and mirror on published releases so new tags arrive right away. Also drops the hourly schedule, which got the workflow disabled for inactivity.

The mirror workflow hadn't run since September 26: GitHub disabled it for inactivity because of the hourly schedule, and a disabled workflow doesn't run on pushes either. I've re-enabled it, and this makes sure it stays that way while bringing it in line with Butler.
mainand releases cover it--prunewould try to deletemain(which is what's been breaking Butler's release mirroring)
