The three slides of the About carousel (board, table, task) are re-shot with the screenshots skill and shipped as lossless WebP, in step with cella's own. The six PNGs from July are removed: at 2384×1294 they missed the mockup's 16:9 frame.

• Shot list (cella/skills/screenshots/shots-config.mjs, pinned):
  • format = 'webp'.
  • The task lookup goes through the organization-scoped route. The old path answered 404, so this list had never produced a shot.
  • A tidyBoard step waits for the first task, dismisses the empty "Getting started" panel and hides the development debug button.
• Phone shots: showcase-board and showcase-task, for the raak showcase on cella's About page. raak ships neither, so they are written to the gitignored .temp/showcases/ and copied to cella: chore(marketing): the raak showcase on the About page is re-shot as WebP, plus sync page tuning cella#1353.
• Slides: marketing-config.tsx points at the .webp files.

Notes for the reviewer

• Desktop shots are 1920×1080 (a 1280×720 viewport at scale 1.5), not scale 2. Card gradients and the blur behind the task sheet compress poorly lossless: board is about 153 KB and task about 212 KB, above the skill's 50 to 120 KB guide. The six files total about 870 KB, against 825 KB for the PNGs they replace.
• The shots show seed data as it is: project and label names carry the seed's random suffix, and a few table headers truncate at this width.

• pnpm check passes.
• /about loaded in light and dark: all six slides load at 1920×1080 and fill the laptop frame.
