• Email delivery for plugin notifications — The topic-assign, topic-assign-stale and internalnotes-note notification types are registered with core, so they appear in Settings > Notifications and can be delivered by email. (#6 by @modalai-tom)
• Open/resolved assignment status — Mark assignments as resolved or reopen them from the notes panel (PUT /api/v3/plugins/internalnotes/:tid/status). The resolving user and time are stored. Assignee badges turn green when resolved and the /assigned page has Open, Resolved and All tabs. (#6 by @modalai-tom)
• Stale-assignment reminders — Opt-in daily summary notification about open topics assigned directly to a user with no activity for N days, sent at a configurable hour and timezone. (#6 by @modalai-tom)

Fixed

• Notification text broke on some topic titles. Titles or group names containing commas, % or [[/]] were interpolated raw into translation strings, which truncated or garbled the notification. Arguments are now escaped with translator.compile.
