Add Dart solution for Single Number

Description

Adds a Dart solution for Single Number.

The approach uses bitwise XOR. Since every duplicate number cancels itself out with XOR, the final value is the number that appears only once.

Dependencies: None.

Time Complexity: O(n)
Space Complexity: O(1)
Difficulty: Easy
