Adds Graph Advocate to the x402 ecosystem (Services/Endpoints). Data-only change: a new `metadata.json` plus logo under `typescript/site/app/ecosystem/partners-data/graphadvocate/` and `typescript/site/public/logos/graphadvocate.png`. Graph Advocate is a live x402 service — routes any onchain data question to the right Graph subgraph and sells derived signals on top (Polymarket sharp/retail classification, Hyperliquid trader skill_score + vault evaluator, Kalshi consensus trend) at $0.01-0.10 USDC per call on Base.
