Add Fabler Labs to ecosystem (Services/Endpoints)

Adds Fabler Labs under Services/Endpoints: a live, machine-payable x402 storefront for AI agents. It offers utility APIs (secret scanning, agent-config auditing, code-diff security auditing, and Open Graph image rendering) plus digital-product downloads, paid in USDC on Base with no account or API key.

Meets Services/Endpoints requirements

• Working mainnet integration (Base, USDC): a fresh read-only self-test on 2026-07-10 passed all 14 checks across the catalog, eight paid 402 challenges, OpenAPI, and discovery routes.
