Here is the PR description:

Bumps @cortexkit/subc-client from 0.8.1 to 0.13.1 in both core and opencode packages so the whole project uses the newer API level.

Notes

• The lockfile keeps @cortexkit/subc-client@0.8.1 pinned for @cortexkit/claustrum-client since that package still requires the older version.
• The updated lockfile also reflects package version bumps for @cortexkit/opencode-openai-auth and @cortexkit/pi-openai-auth to 0.9.0.

Not applying this one. Nothing in the source imports @cortexkit/subc-client directly. It comes in as a dependency of @cortexkit/claustrum-client, which keeps its own ^0.8.1 range, so this bump would only add an unused 0.13.1 alongside the copy that actually ships. Claustrum work is also on hold while it moves to a new integration model, so I'll leave its transport alone until then.
