Make the manifesto CTA more visible on the positions page with a
light-purple clickable banner ("Découvrez notre manifeste !") and a
preview of the real manifesto pages 1 & 2, fanned above the banner.
- New ManifestoBanner molecule linking to the manifesto PDF
- Preview rendered from the actual manifesto PDF pages
- Remove the low-visibility CTA from the animation's final screen
- Skip link now scrolls to the banner and pulls it up to close the
gap after the collage animation
