Bump version to 0.55.5

Patch release that includes #146 (fold a string cast of json_get to json_as_text), #147 (read an integral JSON float as an integer in json_get_int) and #141 (accept arrow 60 Metadata in the JSON field metadata test helper).

#146 and #147 change results that were NULL into values: (j -> 'k')::text now returns the JSON text of a number, boolean, object or array, and (j -> 'k')::bigint returns 1 for 1.0.
