Harmony-light somehow able to use non-light commands #275

As per the title, for some unknown reason, probably something to do with Discord black magic, Harmony-light can use commands only intended for the main bot. Most notably, and devastating, is /unverify (#238), which should have separate commands for the light and main bot, however Harmony-light can use both commands, meaning admins on nämnd-servers can mess with the database of the main bot (this is really bad).

Unfortunately, this does not seem to be fixable via coding, and I suspect will require a bunch of "fippel" with both the Discord client and possibly the bot-caches.
