fix(assemble-docs): sort versions.json numerically

upsert-versions-json sorted entries with b.path.localeCompare(a.path), a string comparison. Once a project reached a two-digit major, v10.0 sorted below v4.0 instead of directly under latest — see dfinity/icp-js-sdk-docs#247, where the auth v10.0.0 release landed at the bottom of the version dropdown.

Replaced with compareVersionPaths, which compares the numeric parts of the version path. latest stays first; paths that aren't numeric versions (beta, next, …) go last, alphabetically. Omitted parts count as zero, so v10 and v10.0.0 are the same version.

The numeric pattern is derived from the one isValidVersion already used, so the accepted format has a single source of truth.

Tests

These are the first tests in this repo. They run on Node's built-in runner, which strips the types itself, so there are no new dependencies and no build step — pnpm test, wired into CI as test:required.

Reverting the comparator to the old string sort fails 7 of them.

Note for the reviewer

The test script passes --disable-warning=MODULE_TYPELESS_PACKAGE_JSON. Node's advisory suggests adding "type": "module" to the action's package.json, but dist/index.js is a CJS bundle, so that would break the action at runtime.

Verification

Ran the built dist/index.js against auth's versions.json as it was before the v10.0 release. The output is byte-identical to the file now committed to dfinity/icp-js-sdk-docs#247.
