The daily Dodo Payments reindex needs a private-repo GitHub App token, the Pinecone key and access to our internal LiteLLM proxy. That doesn't belong in a public repo, so it now runs from dodopayments/devops (.github/workflows/context-mcp-reindex.yml), which checks out this repo's main and runs the same npm run reindex:dodo.

Once this merges, the OPENAI_API_KEY, PINECONE_API_KEY, GEMINI_API_KEY and APP_PRIVATE_KEY repo secrets are removed from this repo.

The PR only deletes .github/workflows/scheduled-reindex.yml. Nothing else in the repo references the workflow, the APP_PRIVATE_KEY secret or the APP_CLIENT_ID variable, so the removal is safe. Moving the reindex out of this public repo makes sense, since it needs a private-repo App token and an internal LiteLLM proxy. One follow-up outside this PR: the reindex:dodo command and the data/reindex-manifest.json cache path should stay stable, because the devops workflow depends on them. I'm approving.
