- Improve the updater to update all places affected by the EXECUTION_ENVIRONMENT changing to Java 25.
- Update CHANGELOG.md for 2026-09 for the new Java 25 requirement and the fact it's currently missing for windows aarch64.
- Update the splash.bmp.
