Fixes two docs contradictions identified in elastic/docs-content#7874 (items 2 and 3).
Item 2 — Central config status mismatch (
features.md):The row for "Central management of OTel SDKs" listed the feature as
[Supported], butcentral-configuration.mdis taggedstack: preview 9.1+, serverless: unavailableand the SDK feature matrix marks it Technical Preview for every SDK. Added footnote ^5^ to scope the actual availability.Item 3 — RUM/EDOT Browser contradiction (
limitations.md):The limitations page said RUM "is not yet available for OTel-native data", but EDOT Browser 0.3.0 is a shipped Technical Preview for OTel-native browser instrumentation. Updated the bullet to reflect the actual state: EDOT Browser is in TP, with a pointer to the classic APM browser agent for production use.
