New apps on the alpha blueprint now get
ember-source~7.6.0-alpha.1. Before this change, the pin was~7.5.0-alpha.1, and that range does not match 7.6 alphas.7.6.0-alpha.1 includes emberjs/ember.js#21771. Without it,
