Remove the FoundationDB client from the builder images.
get-fdb.shwas only invoked for OTP 26 images, and the client is no longer needed to build EMQX.This redoes 0fd17e7 ("chore: remove fdb"), which was reverted by fdd8876; confirmed safe to remove now.
Rebased on
mainafter #164, so it carries the debian11 archive.debian.org fix.
