## [Unreleased]

### Fixed
- **Browser click claims now stay grounded across a chat.** Sentient does not correct a user or another person's
click, or a sentence that already says no click happened. When it does need to correct its own unsupported browser
click claim, it says plainly that nothing changed on the page; it also remembers the latest browser-click outcome
from the chat, so a later claim after you declined a click says that instead of saying no click was attempted.

### Added
- **Home Assistant devices are checked after Sentient changes them.** A moment after it turns on a light, locks a
door, opens the blinds, arms the alarm or sets the thermostat, Sentient asks Home Assistant for the device's state

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟠 Major | 🏗️ Heavy lift

Do not use one successful click to validate every click claim.

If a turn declines a click on button A and later clicks button B, this branch accepts “I clicked button A” without a correction. It has evidence only that B was clicked. Keep the clicked target with each result and match the claim to that target before treating a successful call as proof.

Review comment at @sentient/agent/outcomes.py at line 308:
Update the click-claim validation branch using `clicks` so each result retains
its clicked target, and accept a claim only when a successful result matches the
target named in that claim; a successful click on a different button must not
validate it.

Thanks. I verified the concern, but did not add target matching in this focused fix: browser_click currently records a transient snapshot ref, whereas the final natural-language claim uses a human-facing label. Matching those strings would be unreliable and could itself certify the wrong action. This PR therefore keeps its narrow contract: reconcile whether a click was attempted/succeeded, and correct absent, declined, or uncertain outcomes. Reliable semantic target matching needs snapshot-label provenance and is better handled separately.

@syedmustafan Thanks for clarifying. A transient snapshot ref cannot reliably match a human-facing label without snapshot-label provenance. Keeping semantic target validation separate from this focused fix is reasonable.

The multi-target concern remains valid but deferred. Would you like me to open a follow-up issue for provenance-backed target matching?

Learning: In Sentient, browser_click records a transient snapshot ref, while final natural-language click claims use human-facing labels. Direct string matching between these values is unreliable. Reliable semantic target validation requires snapshot-label provenance; turn-level click outcome reconciliation does not establish which target a claim refers to.
