Prepare the next patch release so package metadata, changelogs, and workspace dependency pins agree on v0.5.3.

What

• consume 31 patch changesets, including rich RadioListItem and CheckboxListItem label/description content
• cover AppShell, syntax themes, Spinner, Toast, Banner, ResizeHandle, selectors, date/time inputs, and the prior patch scope
• bump all 10 publishable packages to 0.5.3
• refresh private-package peer pins and the lockfile
