Request to reset rejected Hugging Face access for SAM3

Hello SAM 3 Team,

My access request to the facebook/sam3 repository on Hugging Face was recently rejected.

I am conducting non-commercial academic research on medical image analysis, specifically lung nodule detection and segmentation in CT images.

My research workflow uses object detection bounding boxes as visual prompts for SAM 3 to perform lung nodule segmentation. The model will only be used locally for academic experiments and evaluation.

I will not redistribute the SAM 3 model weights or provide public access to the model, and I will comply with the SAM 3 license, acceptable-use requirements, Meta policies, and Hugging Face terms.

According to Hugging Face gated-model rules, I am unable to submit another request after the rejection.

Could you please manually review my request or reset my Hugging Face access status so that I can submit the application again?

I am a graduate student conducting non-commercial academic research on logical anomaly detection and industrial image segmentation.
My project studies the combination of vision-language understanding and precise segmentation. I plan to evaluate SAM 3 on MVTec LOCO and VID-AD as a properly attributed research baseline, and I will comply with the SAM license and model usage terms.
My previous access request to facebook/sam3 was rejected. Could you please reconsider my request or move it back to pending?
