Reject outgoing ping, pong, and close payloads over the RFC 6455 125-byte control-frame limit before writing, and retain ping callbacks only after a successful send. The current driver emits an invalid 126-byte ping. The full 196-example suite passes on Ruby 4.0.6 and Ruby 3.2.11, as do the cumulative protocol model and native builds.
