RFC 6455 requires server-to-client frames to be unmasked. The client currently accepts a masked server frame; reject it with protocol error while preserving the existing server-side masking requirement. The full 196-example suite passes on Ruby 4.0.6 and Ruby 3.2.11, as do the cumulative protocol model and native builds.
