docs: move agent memory into the repo - #528

Claude Code's per-machine memory for this project held ~75 notes. The durable ones now live in the repo, next to the code they describe: - wiki/testing/local-e2e.md: side-car recipe and the traps that fake a red run, plus how to write specs that survive the full suite - wiki/testing/flaky-tests.md: flaky tests are bugs, proof techniques, known shapes (testcontainer contention, hand-built middleware fixtures) - wiki/runbooks/ci-and-release-triage.md: CI states that lie, local vs CI linter parity, release flow and release-please silent failures - wiki/runbooks/operations-gotchas.md: server behaviours that misled whoever ran a real deployment - short rules in AGENTS.md, server/AGENTS.md, web/dash0/AGENTS.md, plus additions to the database, specs-workflow and notifications pages Deployment-specific notes (hosts, secrets, fleet) went to the private infra repo instead.
