sisu 1.0.0 now requires plexus-build-api 1.x, while -api0 is still needed by various maven plugins: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/sisu/c/0ed6376ec95baea3e09baa7094452e19c9abef0a
It is a dependency of dnf5, so it is very much required now.
Content Resolver does not define product listings, so there is no need for this. Furthermore, libcupsfilters switched from qpdf to pdfio, so qpdf should no longer be needed, and dependencies are not to be listed. fedora-eln/eln#600
