405 ux make config minimal

• closes UX: Make config minimal #405

Done:

• Machine configuration is now optional
• Fixed save_patches bug
• Colors are consistent between plots ( bug fix )
• Updated Gaya scheduler, squeue --> slurm
• Add prepare_cmds field for machine and benchmark configs
• Timeout is now optional
• Specifying default "builtin" platform is now optional
• Add application's total time as performance variable
• Updated Default report to total application time and a perfvars table.
• output_app_dir is now optional
• Fixed bugs related to relative paths ( users can now execute the application independently of their cwd)
• targets are now optional ( defaults to default:builtin:default ).
• Fixed bug with dry runs. Reports are no longer created if dry-run (avoids crashing site).
• Added CS/JS to package and now are created when feelpp-antora-init.
• Passing arguments to feelpp-antora-init is now optional. Project name defaults to "My Project"
