Summary

Added unit tests for the GoalController GetForUser route.
Verified that goals returned for a user contain the expected goal data.
Added assertions for goal type, ID, and name.
Tests pass successfully with 11 passing tests and 0 failures.

Testing

dotnet test
All 11 tests passed.
