Testing

1. In the terminal run bb cucumber:ci and ensure it completes without fails, this will open up a chrome browser and run the tests. If you'd like to chunk the tests for better performance you can run bb cucumber:ci --headless --shards <X>, this will chunk the tests into X baches running in parallel and run the tests in headless browser.
2. Check Github to see the latest "cucumber (on PR core only)" passing. This was started via an open PR.
3. On Github, run the manual the "cucumber" action. No need to change the params, use the existing defaults
