There was an update in the autotools.eclass bumping automake and autoconf versions, which affected a boatload (70+) of packages that otherwise were not modified. I decided not to include them in the changelog below, because it was just too much.

@krnowak I've interrupted the run on Azure as it fails with this in the initramfs:

systemd is updated to 259 and it breaks booting, what a surprise.

CI kinda passed (2 out of 3 kubeadm/cilium tests failed in qemu_uefi, but the same passed on qemu, so I assume some flakiness here is being at work.)

Given where we are, I really really want to believe that, but every other qemu_uefi job has passed recently, and if anything is likely to break it, it's weekly updates, so I'm running it again now.

Changes for systemd 259 (#123)

Dropped some now-unnecessary workarounds, add temporary hacks for adding
more required dlopened libraries, dropped obsolete systemd manager
options and disabled some dracut modules (they were disabled implicitly,
but dracut complained about them).

Tested together with weekly package updates:
flatcar/scripts#3852
