- Use exact SPG refresh rate dynamically as AV info FPS
- Current forced 59.94 estimation causes periodic stutters in Naomi, and this also allows getting rid of the 240p estimation measurement
- Add arcade coin limiter option
- Add power + disc drive access LED
- Logging cleanup and more compact format
