Keep all history clips visible while scrolling #294
Description
Bug
Some cards in History intermittently fail to render even though the clip list remains scrollable. The list can show blank space or overlapping/partially visible cards while its scroll range still represents the loaded history.
Evidence
Reported with a screenshot on 2026-08-28. The failure appears in the virtualized History list after scrolling.
Expected behavior
Every loaded clip intersecting the viewport is visible and cards do not overlap, including after restoring a saved scroll position or changing card measurements.
Implementation notes
Investigate virtual row measurement, viewport synchronization, and scroll anchoring in VirtualClipList and the remembered clip-list scroll behavior. Add a regression test for viewport coverage when estimated card heights are replaced by measured heights.
