plasma-login-manager: Add at v6.7.4

Test Plan

• Install plasma-login-manager and see sddm is uninstalled
• reboot and login to plasma session

WIP notes:

• If userdb section in package.yml is enabled it will break plasma-login-manager
• The login screen shows the user root
• /usr/share/sddm/scripts/Xsetup is removed from sddm and replaced by linux-driver-management-sddm-integration will need input on this for plasma-login-manager

Tested #8075 at 75be0ca on Plasma Wayland. (AMD GPU)

• Built with solbuild 1.8.2.

• Installed successfully; SDDM was removed

• PLM initially remained disabled and display-manager.service did not exist.

• sudo systemctl enable plasmalogin.service created /etc/systemd/system/display-manager.service -> /usr/lib/systemd/system/plasmalogin.service.

• Rebooted successfully into PLM.

• Greeter displayed BOTH root and my normal user.

• Plasma started normally.

• plasmalogin.service remains active after login.

Journal:
On boot I get:
sysinit.target: Wants dependency dropin /usr/lib64/systemd/system/sysinit.target.wants/plasmalogin.service target ../display-manager.service has different name
PLM then starts successfully.

After successful session startup:
plasmalogin[953]: Auth: plasmalogin-helper exited with 255

So far PLM appears fully functional on my system. The only issue I observed was the root user appearing in the greeter.
