Turn 1 told players to listen before anyone had spoken.
A live journey showed "Waiting for the next voice" and the shared "story continues" status after Leon's vote, before the host concluded.
A solo local player is the host; the ending now says how whoever started the game begins a fresh one, matching the README.
Live journeys showed the shared transport's generic heading on every wait.
A live journey where both characters declined ended with "not everyone accepted"; the headline now states the recorded votes precisely.
set_component_state replied to unpaused or simulation-less requests without consuming the POST body, so closing the connection could reset it before the client read the JSON error. This made test_set_component_state_requires_simulation intermittently fail with ConnectionResetError; a large-body regression fails deterministically without this change.

One More Song is a short human-playable conversation about a benefit concert's last song. The player negotiates with a singer and neighbour for three turns, then receives their explicit acceptance votes. The ending reports the recorded votes and final offer.
The example composes standard
generic.Simulation, Sequential, minimal prefabs, human input, observations and structured logs. It reuses the Astral browser transport and adds scenario-specific ballot rules and presentation. Draft recovery, idempotent submissions, public journal downloads, interrupted-run states and private designer intervention support repeatable inspection of the player experience. The README documents a scripted preview requiring no model download, configurable live-model play and private phone access. Preview output is explicitly labelled as scripted. Depends on #306's human-play infrastructure and the Ollama adapter changes in #378; the designer listener lifecycle repair from #379 is also included.
The existing validation record includes 70 combined server/example tests, mocked adapter tests, browser recovery/download journeys and sampled live-model journeys. These are historical evidence, not newly executed for this description-only revision or a guarantee of model behavior. Current-head Test Concordia, Test examples, security and CLA checks pass.
