📝 Walkthrough

Logical Controls now uses separate start, status, and result API calls. Its computation status is tracked in Redux, it can be started from the run-button flow, and its results appear in a dedicated view outside the State Estimation result tab.

Changes: Logical Controls workflow

Layer / File(s) Summary
API and status tracking
src/services/study/state-estimation.ts, src/types/notification-types.ts, src/redux/reducer.type.ts, src/redux/reducer.ts, src/components/utils/running-status.ts, src/components/computing-status/use-all-computing-status.ts
The service adds separate start, status, and result calls. Redux initializes Logical Controls status and log state. Status mapping and notification-based tracking cover the new computation.
Run-button integration
src/components/run-button-container.jsx, src/components/run-button.jsx, src/components/utils/split-button.tsx, src/components/study-container.jsx, src/translations/messages-en.ts, src/translations/messages-fr.ts
The run-button flow starts Logical Controls and reads its tracked status. The runnable has no stop action. Failure updates and launch or execution messages are added.
Dedicated result view
src/components/result-view-tab.tsx, src/components/results/logicalcontrols/*, src/components/results/stateestimation/state-estimation-result-tab.tsx, src/translations/messages-en.ts, src/translations/messages-fr.ts
A dedicated Logical Controls result view fetches results for the study, node, and root network. Its tables use Redux computation status for no-row messages. The previous Logical Controls workflow is removed from the State Estimation result tab.

Do not present a previous result after a failed rerun.

LogicalControlsResultTab displays the cached result when the status is FAILED. The failed notification updates the computation status, but useNodeData only refetches for LOGICAL_CONTROLS_RESULT and does not clear its result for LOGICAL_CONTROLS_FAILED. Exclude FAILED from the display condition, or clear the result when a new run starts.

Disable the dropdown when there is no stop action.

When Logical Controls is running, this branch returns no options. SplitButton still enables the dropdown, so clicking it opens an empty menu. Disable the dropdown when the selected running runnable has no actionOnRunnable.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🔴 Critical | 🏗️ Heavy lift

Provide the Logical Controls computation identifier before using it.

The declared @gridsuite/commons-ui dependency does not expose ComputingType.LOGICAL_CONTROLS. CI reports TS2339 here and at the new status and result consumers, so npm run build fails. Use a compatible dependency that exports the identifier, or define a consistent local contract. Also ensure COMPUTING_AND_NETWORK_MODIFICATION_TYPE exposes the corresponding report key; CI reports TS2339 for its new entries in src/redux/reducer.ts.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Preserve result availability separately from fetch completion.

The fourth getNoRowsMessage argument is isDataReady, not result availability. When the computation status is SUCCEED, isDataReady === true and rows is empty, @gridsuite/commons-ui@0.310.0 returns the empty-result message.

fetchLogicalControlsResult can resolve null. In that case, result is unavailable and isLoadingResult becomes false, but the current code can still pass RunningStatus.SUCCEED. Preserve !!result and avoid treating an unavailable result as a successful empty result.

Refresh the no-rows overlay when computation status changes.

When computationStatus changes while rows remains empty, overlayNoRowsTemplate changes, but RenderTableAndExportCsv only refreshes the overlay during AG Grid model updates. The displayed overlay can keep the previous status message. Restore the refresh effect.
