fix(deps): bump hardened builder Go to 1.26.9 + golang.org/x/net to v0.60.0 on 1.4.x (CVE-2026-78667, CVE-2026-97031, CVE-2026-78669) - #11

…v0.60.0 Bump the Dockerfile-alpine builder base image from golang:1.26.8-bookworm to the digest-pinned golang:1.26.9-bookworm, and move the golang.org/x/net replace target from v0.57.0 to v0.60.0 (with go mod tidy). GOTOOLCHAIN=local is retained; the builder now compiles with Go 1.26.9. Addresses CVE-2026-78667, CVE-2026-97031 (Go toolchain) and CVE-2026-78669 (golang.org/x/net, fixed in v0.60.0).
