[F3] Live ConnectomeView linkage on agent mutations

Stream F · iteration 3.

**MVP:** ConnectomeView reflects agent topology adds/fires without reopening the folder (it already subscribes to /ws/spikes|weights).

**Acceptance:**
- [ ] seeding via the agent shows new nodes/edges live
- [ ] firing via run_for animates in the view

**Dependencies:** hebb#10 (topology broadcast).

**Nice-to-haves:** highlight nodes the agent just created/stimulated.
